The Txistorra is Basque Country's typical sausage that we elaborate in Ormaki with great fondness, using the most succulent parts of the pork, mixed with paprika, garlic and salt and stuffed into natural gut.
It is consumed fried, grilled or boiled, into a sandwich or with chips. It is exquisite anyhow you want.
It is suitable for celiacs.
