Family company established in 1987
Ormaki s.a., was born in 1987 in Andoaín, a little village in the north of Basque Country, and it is a family company dedicated to the manufacturing production and distribution of pork derived products. His name alludes to the homonymous creek we can find in one of those humid and hidden place that Leizarán's valley which it’s so nearby and shyly shows us.

From this world´s corner we offer you our homemade products such as our typically basque highly-seasoned pork sausage called txistorra, our sweet and spicy highly-seasoned pork chorizo, our fresh and spicy sausage, our garlic style or pickled loin pork and, certainly, our know how and experience that year after year have been growing and maturing.
The raw material and spices we use are all top-quality products in which we trust, and the process of manufacturing follow the most demanding procedure of food quality, which is controlled and certified by the Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point or HACCP.
Modern times flow
As the creek changes his flow, modern times make changes on us as well. Our know-how must have been adapted to new food customs and the most modern technology. Everything flows, nothing stands still, but our principles and relationships, retaining wall in our everyday’s work, work that makes us feel proud of we are.
