



The Chorizo
The Chorizo is Iberian sausage very well known in the world. We prepare it with selected pork meat which mix it with paprika, garlic and salt. It is stuffed into natural gut in different ways like choricillo tie, the small paprika sausages in one person portion, or like paprika and hot spicy chorizo strings.
It is able to be eaten fried, grilled or boiled, with a plate of pottages or accompanying some fried eggs.
It is suitable for celiacs.
